Life Extension Skin Restoring Ceramides, 30 Liquid Vegetarian Capsules (Pack of 4)

I had been using this product for several years. I take a lot of supplements but this is the only one I had taken that is specifically for skin health. I didn't expect much as I'm scientifically inclined and how well could something like this work. But within a week or two of first using it I noticed the skin on my face looking more uniform in color and just more youthful. I'm a 50 something guy, so anything that makes me look less old good. I would say it makes me look younger, probably by a couple years. If you are already under 40 you probably won't notice much difference. Most of the effective anti-aging supplements only work once your body has stopped working well due to age. I had stopped using this about 9 months ago trying to cut back on expenses. I noticed over the months that my face wasn't looking so good. I bought it again and I had a "wow" moment again this morning that my face skin looks younger again. I only have taken it a few times since ordering again and its already working well. Life Extension has some gimicky stuff sometimes, but this is one of the few products I buy from them. The other is Cognitex. But that is another review.

Along with skin and hair vitamins this product seems to make my skin hydrated. I think it is too expensive for what it is and the amount that you get.

Takes a week or so to see a difference. But happy to see improvements
