Are you serious with this tiny A#%$ bag very misleading, there is not enough in here to steam a ants Who Haa

I ordered two of these lowing that the size was really small. For me personally, I find it wastefulTo use the entire bag for one steam. I purchased this and a "sitz bath" unit. I used about a table spoon of the herbs and about a cup of bottle water. I microwaved for about a minute and let them steep for a few. I pur the sitz bath over my commode and then poured the contents of my cup into it. I sat over it for about 20-30min with a blanket draped over me. I found it soothing and relaxing. There is a slight tingle but nothing unpleasant.

The bag is tiny. I was expecting more product for 7 dollars.

I read the reviews in advance, so I knew I was getting 1 small pouch of herbs. And I was fine with that since this would be my first time steaming at home. And while the seller has added directions on the order page, no directions came with the actual product. Also, my packet looked kind of old, like it had been sitting on a shelf for a while before it sold. It’s little details that create repeat customers. This was a great buy to try this at home for the first time, but I’m not sure that I’ll be back.

I was disappointed when they were absolutely no instructions included in the package I don't know if this is one dose or two. It would be helpful if I had some instructions.

I actually loved this. For my first time I didn’t know what to expect. I read before using that this was super small however for my first time I loved this. It smells absolutely amazing! I would order this again and again. It made me feel so good inside and out! Excited to keep steaming!Update: my first period after using this. I did not have a single cramp and it was the lightest period of my entire life!

First - with regards to the packet size: clearly read before you order. Why would anyone order something without checking the amount or packet size. Don’t blame seller and leave negative reviews for your mistake.Second and most important - this blend is amazing. It was my first steam and it felt truly healing. I’ve endured multiple cesareans and basically have an “achey” womb. This herbal blend took the pain away and soothed my womb.I highly recommend. I purchase from amazon frequently and this is the first review I’ve ever written because I had to let it be known how good this product is.I found that one packet suffices per steam session. So you can buy a few and use every few weeks or once a month.Keep up the great herbal blend Sonia!

I love this product. Fast shipping with prime. The packets are small but just enough for one steam per pouch. I felt so relaxed that I fell asleep during one of my steams and my husband took a picture of me KNOCKED out. I would recommend this product. I just placed my second order. I purchase 4 at a time.
