The clock mechanism was exactly as promised. The information in amazon gave me enough specifications to know that I was buying the correct product. I have now replaced my old clock mechanism that had worn out with this now one and it has been running perfectly every since I installed it about a month ago. The clock is and old Beatles album that has been converted into a clock in my recording studio. I love it because of the music theme but also because the clock mechanism needs to be silent, as this one is, to not interfere with unneeded room noise. It was very easy to remove the old one and install this new one. My last motor lasted about 5 years. I am expecting this one to last at least that long, probably longer. It appears to be pretty good quality for the money.

These were pretty frustrating tbh. They arms bend to easily. They were getting hung on each other as they went around clock. Hard to get battery in. But they do work and work smoothly. I have a replacement coming for 1 that keeps getting hung.

Not strong, breaks too easy

Love the new look of the hands which makes the Versace Clock a more art deco look. I will do the same for my Louis Vuitton clock. Regarding assembly of the hands, if you shake, are impatient like me, get easily frustrated like me, or just plain clumsy, have someone put the clock hands on for you. it takes some skill. The battery can be a bit tricky to squeeze in the slot once everything is assembled. By the way is delighted as a clam.

You are paying less than $10 for a clock mechanism and hands...don't expect much. Before I committed to a higher quality (more expensive) replacement for my vintage clock repair, I wanted to make sure this would work with my case. The minute and hour hand are a little thicker than household aluminum foil; I had to cut mine down to size so that was ok. The second hand is very easy to mangle and wouldn't push in so the stem is exposed. I don't expect this to work for very long, and when it quits I will buy a nicer one. For my purpose it was ok.

Unpacked an old frying pan of my grandmother's that my mom had turned into a clock. The Old hands were loose and bent so I replaced with these. Super easy to assembled and I think they look much better than what was on there.

Price was right, shipping... a little annoyed about how much it cost, but still cheaper than driving to pick it up myself. :P

The media could not be loaded.  Absolutely excellent product! It is SILENT! not a tick nor a tock! I purchased this to replace the clock mechanism from a debenhams clock i purchased. The original mechanism that came with the clock was extremely loud! louder than the clock i had next to my bed! so i thought id give this a go.. When buying I knew Id face two issues, the original clock hands on my clock may not fit, and the clock hands that came with this new mechanism are too big.. but i thought the price was fair enough for me to give it a go,.. and I'm glad i did. I was right about the original hands not fitting on the new mechanism, so i had to make the new hands fit.. and that was quite easy actually.. a pair of pliers and i was able to cut the hands (all three of them actually) to my desired size (I think I could benefit from better craftsmanship though!).. Now i can sit in my living room without big ben banging around in my brain! Love it!
