I love this spice on so many things but it is a bit too coarse, I usually grind it finer with a mortar and pestle before i use it. I actually feel it makes it better since it help release the flavors like freshly ground spices.

We got this as a gift from a friend for Christmas one year because my husband loves to cook. We love it! Now I will be ordering this a lot. The grocery store we shop at carries this line of seasonings but this seems to be the one they never have. Such a great product and really brings out the flavors of the foods we cook.

Love this brand and these spices. Very expensive on Amazon. My first bottle I got at TJ Maxx for $3.99 and this one cost me $12+ for the same size. I love it one eggs, veggie and anything you want to put it on.

I purchased this seasoning before and absolutely loved it. Used it on chicken, pork, fish and it was my go to seasoning. When I ran out and ordered a new bottle, I noticed that it was much darker and didn't seem to have the same amount of sea salt. I compared the old bottle which specified 84% sea salt/320 mg of sodium. The new bottle does not provide the percentage of sea salt and says 220 mg of sodium. They significantly reduced the amount of pink himalayan sea salt in the seasoning.

I don’t remember where I found this, but I used this on salmon filets and it was fantastic!

…..Hate the price but paid it. Will again too.
