I was so excited about these and purchased four of them for the quality was not that great and I was disappointed

This is quite large but works very well. It looks great.

The dispenser took a month to arrive, I unwrapped it and carried it towards my bathroom by the dispenser. The dispenser came off in my hands and the ceramic ball bounced down the stairs. I didn't expect that! The ceramic ball actually survived bouncing down roughly 10 steps which is kind of impressive; it's also surprisingly heavy. The dispenser looks quite nice but it doesn't really deliver true foaming soap. It works quite well though, a solid 4 stars.

Edit on 4/27/19 raised review to 5 stars: Delivery time was a bit over 2 weeks for my second order, so I updated my original review to five stars to acknowledge that the company has taken steps to improve order fulfillment.This is a quality product. The container is stable (unlike most foamers currently available), holds the most liquid I could find with a stable base, and works flawlessly. It was packed very well and arrived without any issues. The only downside is that it takes 5 weeks to arrive in the USA (from China). I would have hoped the importer would maintain a small stock stateside, but no. I had ordered one late February to see if the product would work. It does, top marks. Now I have to wait until the third week of May to get the remaining 3 that I want to use around my house. It will be worth it, however. The product itself is perfect.

This product overall is aesthetically pleasing, however it's much larger than I thought it would be. This in general is fine. My biggest grip is the pump sticks so you have to pull up on it after you press down. It does not come back up on it's own.

Foam soap dispenser in aqua color is true color as seen on the website. Perfect height for low profile faucets, dispenser well made and is not cheap plastic like many other dispensers (and which then break easily). This is pretty sturdy all the way around and foams up well.

The round shape of this dispenser is quite beautiful and the matte finish of the ceramic gives it an organic feel. The pump works very well; I dilute liquid soap with half water and the pump easily creates the foam. I had a problem with the first one I ordered and the company was very responsive and solved the issue quickly. I love the way this looks on our bathroom counter, it fits very well with the neutral earth tones.

I like the way they look. I bought tag accessories, so I would know which is for dishes or hands. I don't like that it takes 27 business days to get them. They are made of thick ceramic, but handle them carefully. They can be slippery when wet.

Well made and looks better than any I’ve seen in stores. Instructions are written in Chinese and bad bad bad English.
