Ardeur

So, here we have Infinitas.A German blackmetal band, labeled as a "post-black/shoegaze blackmetal band.I have to say, it is nothing of the sort, at least Ardeur is not. While not being what it is said to be, or nothing at all like it was compared to ( Alcest, Lantlos, Heretoir ), it is still not bad at all. Very cold, grim, and hateful sounding. A solid blackmetal release. The packaging is a digipack, with art mainly of the band members in black and white posed in moody expressions. I guess that is as about as shoegazy as it really gets on this release,lol. Still, it is a good blackmetal release, and is worthy purchase. I just wish these sites and people would be a bit more accurate on descriptions when making comparisons. It could easily be a 5 star review if it was not for the false information and comparisons. I will be keeping an eye on this band.
