I needed to rebuild the water pump on my Yanmar because it was leaking. Trying to replace the bearings looked beyond my scope and replacing the entire put was expensive and a waste. This was the perfect compromise. Much easier to replace the entire pre assembled shaft . More expensive than just the bearings, but worth the money.
