I bought this for my husband after he got a pacemaker. He likes the bracelet and says it's comfortable. The reason for four stars is because the bracelet pulls on his arm hair when it gets caught in the stretchy part as it expands and contrasts, and if he showers with it, soap can get in the grooves. He started taking it off when he showers. He said if he ever needs another one that he may select something a little different. With that being said, he's mostly happy with it and the quality of the metal. He wears it all the time - except when showering.

I like that I could personalize for Lymphedema, however it's way to bug for my wrist and I can not make it smaller, so I have where it with other bracelets to keep it from falling off.

The bracelet is good quality and was written just like I needed. My hubby was able to snip a few links to size my small wrist.

1st one did not have Type 1 Diabetes on it, they sent a second we just received today and it does not have Type 1 Diabetes on it as well. It is insult to injury as my child is newly diagnosed and we don't want to see those words ever again but we have to. And they cant even scribe on the bracelet as was described,advertised and purchased. Just more hassle in a very very stressful time in our family life. Wouldn't give it 1 star. We are just raw as it is.

I hate to leave bad reviews,But I’m very disappointed with the quality of the Band. Very light / cheap feeling and it bends very easy. Final finish is very poor , sharp lines , could almost cut your skin.Like I said I hate to leave negative feedbacksBut I’m disappointed.

This product is prone to scratching with normal use. Will not last any time. Disappointed.
