Really nice , easy to work with. I had 4 packs delivered and didn’t really have any I could spare so was a bit disappointed that a few were split. I did consider sending off an email but decided I’d just use them at the bottom where it would be less noticeable once I’d planted around it. Love the finished look.

I ordered three packs of this . Two came the first order and the second order I ordered at a later date. When I opened the first two packs , they were soaking wet . I unpacked them and stood them separately in my garage to dry out before I used them . There were some lats that I couldn’t use as were faulty . But I plodded on with the job and just put them to one side . Then I ordered my next pack . It arrived dry and not wet . I started using them , and treating them with the oil recommended . They look beautiful . But in the end , out of the three packs I ordered , half a pack were faulty ! I cannot use them at all and I was relying on them to help finish my job . I also need another pack too . These are very expensive but they do look amazing when used and I’m so happy with the job so far . But disappointed in those I cannot use . I have emailed the seller but no reply at the moment , but Amazon themselves are going to see into getting them replaced if they can . So I’m just waiting on their response too . At £184 per pack plus taxes there’s almost £100 of wood I cannot use .

A couple of the slats were broken on arrival but I was using them for a different purpose anyway so it didn’t matter - they smell great !

Lovely product, fast delivery and exactly as described. Tip, make sure you use stainless steel nails, preferably ring shanked. Here’s my DIY project.
