You must be 6'2" to ride this ride
I stand 5'5" (5'6" in the morning! :) and this band is FAR too long to offer any resistance for me. So unfortunately I can't really comment on the workout it might offer a taller person. Design and concept still appear to be sound and desirable; perhaps there could be a couple different models available to suit shorter and average height folks?To the touch and upon visual inspection, the quality of the product appears acceptable; i.e., it looks and feels durable enough... wish I could use it.

Dangerous! Defective!
I am a petite, injured woman. Following the instructions exactly, I set up and pushed the bar out once. The plastic snapped where the handle attaches to the bar, releasing the tension on the band and sending pieces flying dangerously everywhere. There is no way someone of my size should be strong enough to break this.
