Is this good adhesive to put a filon roof to luan on an rv ? i see there is another product stabond t440 c as well.

How many square feet will 1 gallon cover? (Non-porous materials)

According to the manufacturer, it's approximately 300 square foot per gallon. Thin, even coating that is rolled, brushed or sprayed. Remember that this adhesive is engineered to be a "contact" adhesive so you would be coating both surfaces, so you need to double your estimated adhesive needs. Example, if you have a project that is 150 sq feet of surface on EACH side, 1 gallon can should cover this whole project. Thank you for your inquiry.

Can this be used to attach laminate to styrofoam?

Sorry I don’t know, i. used it to attach rubber to starboard. Starboard is very hard to glue to but it works great
