Essential for the true aqua jogger. Excellent for sprint training.
I have wanted these for a while and splurged on them. I have been taking my aqua jogging belt and these shoes out with me on my paddle board. The shoes give such great resistance. I absolutely love these. What a perfect workout!

They keep you a float and are comfortable
They don't present a lot of resistance for doing leg excercises but they keep your float to do pool walks, jogger and other aquafit exercises. They are comfortable as well I am a size 9 in Canada with narrow feet

Excellent fit!
These are a great addition to you water aerobic equipment, especially for jogging or walking in the pool. They stay on well.

I didn’t like because they were too small for me and then hurt my toes.
