Directions or manuals are very limited. The company should make a video. Other maker's products are just different enough that it could pose a problem for those of us not phone APP junkies.Some good things are, it works, it comes with the capability to fire off the phone camera remotely, it does notifications for both messaging and phone notice by vibrating, the health programs seem to work. I compared the blood pressure readings to my home machine and they are close enough. It is easy to read if the brightness is turned up on a sunny day. The strap feels comfortable on my skinny wrist. It comes with only three face choices and they are all similar. I understand that Wear OS from Google can enhance some things and add GPS and maps but I could not figure out how to do that. I have the Wear OS installed on my phone and when I follow their instructions it never finds my phone. I do not know how accurate or valuable the sleep App is but it does seem to be doing something.

I bought one for myself and two for my parents. There are not many fitness watches that measure blood pressure and its within 10 points of the top number, after checking with the more accurate machine. I love the training option and I can see how my heart rate moves into different zones and all the while I see my step count and calories burned all shown in the app on the phone. I will say that for people with high blood pressure like my parents, I saw more measurements that were less accurate. But my parents still love wearing this watch to check heart rate and blood pressure! I will say that I did buy another device like this for my dad and I tested it before I gave it to him but I was not happy with the device, so I returned it and got him the black band version of my watch. Once my mom saw dad's watch, she took it. So I ordered her a pink one. Now both parents are happy. : )Oh I read some reviews that people don't want to download an app. You really need to use the app & blue tooth option to get the time set and you can see all the functions on your phone which you won't see on the watch.

Love this watch. Just what I expected. Soft watch band, monitors well, wore to the doctor's office, BP, HR, oxygen levels. very close. Easy set up, connect to Iphone 7 plus. First, watch would disconnect from the phone, not now. Does the weather, different watch faces, good price. I have ordered several smart watches. returned them. I am keeping, unless a problem.

I am updating my product review and adding a star for the seller's customer service. I missed the return window by one day and they are still going to give me a refund without needing a product return. I may re-try the watch but in the meantime I am using a home blood pressure and a professional oximeter.My original review is below so the issues are still known.Watch worked well at first and took correct readings (blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen level) compared to Dr. readings. Found it comfortable to wear. But after a couple of weeks, I noticed erratic readings. It also was not tracking the sleep properly (the times were off). Now I just don't trust it. Was at the doctor this morning and compared measurements, the watch was way off. Returning it.

Loved it. It syncs with my iphone perfectly. Finally a fully functional watch for an affordable price. I use the blood pressure o2 sensor in it daily. love love love it.

BP, Pulse, O2 spot on. BP off by a couple at times when sweating or erratic movement. I use it for health issues, but the walking, reminders, basic functions is awesome. comfortable I don't break out in rash from contact (usually I do). It has been wonderful as far as screen size-Display-time-date etc... 5 stars for sure. the customer service is fantastic too. I had a couple of questions and they were very quick with a response and offer to help me if needed. GREAT STOCKING STUFFER.

It's a really good watch for its price, really awsome, even has a app that you can download on your phone, it also have steps tracking, sleep time, weathe, and a lot of other stuff on the watch. I bought it for my kid and she absolutelyloves it.

Battery last 4 days before needing recharge - no big deal. Blood pressure numbers are not accurate. Heart rate monitor is my need and was accurate. The sleep monitor is interesting. Was not aware of my sleep patterns. Overall good watch for the price. Don't rely on blood pressure monitoring.

The watch is beautiful but I had an allergic reaction to the straps, I had to seek medical attention because it's itching very bad.
