Great value and convience
The little sticks are convient size to grab and go. I put a few in my back pack or coat pocket for a quick protein snack. They taste like a mild beef sausage,moist,a little fat and non too salty. I don't eat enough animal proteins, these help to fill the gaps. I cut two up to top soups and salads. I snack on them with string cheese. I had another brand that dried up within months. I take them out of the box and store them in an air tight container.
