I bought three, and one was DOA, but they're so cheap (and I only needed one), so I let it slide - but that's why it lost a star. They also get uncomfortably hot at anything over about ½amp, not sure if that's a problem or not, I run mine at 300mA and it's fine. The free e-book available from the manufacturer is comprehensive and easy to read, if a bit rambly at times. A bit like this review is getting... so I'll stop now. Can recommend, but buy more than you need in case of unexpected deadness...

Do what they say they should, just remember to set up the current limiting first.
