Lack of guidence from seller regarding customs charges
Well we were not informed that the item would be subject too a customs fee !!Never had this before .Have been told if we pay it and forward a receipt then amazon ( with all there millions ) would as a one off refund me ...(( That's charitable of them ))We just want a refund for the amount & perhaps ask the seller too pre warn the customers as I'm sure they should do this by law ...but hey Amazon don't worry about the law or paying tax in the UK .I'm very disappointed in the way the reply & there tone ...very unprofessional .Happy too take a monthly fee for prime that I've never agreed too ....well all I want is my money back and I will not be using you again .
