Great little book except it wasn't very comprehensive and it has several broken or non-working links. There are some great invites about being diligent and consistent although I've read this before, many times. If one us interested in this topic and for a small, less than 100 page book, pretty good.

It gives you enough info to start the process; I was expecting this to be similar to the scholarship books where you had pages and pages of scholarships and what were the qualifiers and then how to apply. A reference book. A resource book.For the information it has, it’s not bad. However, I would have liked to have the list of grants up front.

I liked the book;........BUT-......remember the late night infomercials you used to see on television? The one where Kevin Trudeau comes on and tells you about the .".........(fill in the blank/topic) Secrets THEY Dont Want You to Know About?". This book reads almost exactly like a script from one of his commercials. The links, and wording, are EXACTLY the same! STILL~ a good read, and I did get some information that I wasn't aware of before. (And, at the time of this writing, the book has only been out for two days.....so it seems to be fairly "up to date".........). So, save the $39.95 that the infomercials charge, and GET THIS BOOK! It currently is free, and very worthwhile!

When the book is more about history and not how it’s kind of a let down. And when it tells you to go to the public library for details is completely BS.

This short book gives an overview of what types of grants exist. It then walks through what you need to think about to write a proposal. It tells you where you could look for grants but doesn’t give any specifics on grants.
