I've ordered this twice. I use this to color buttercream frosting for cookies. I have several boys in my family so we get creative in a different way when it comes to colors for cookies. This assortment allows me to mix unusual colors to go with their crazy ideas! Mainly though the red is great for Xmas and valentine cookies. I'm able to get a true red.
