USELESS!
This rim tape is absolutely worthless. Paper thin, it does nothing to protect your tubes. Can't believe I spent over $15.00 for this.

Doesn't stick to wheel, only itself
As title states, it doesn't stick to the wheel. Tried and tried, it is impossible to get air out from underneath, because it doesn't stick to the wheel. Even getting 3/4 of the way around the wheel one time, it started just coming up at the front, so no way to double wrap. Kept having to start over because it would stick to itself. After a few attempts, I just gave up, pulled out some too-wide Muc-Off that I had, and trimmed it to fit.

Avoid at all costs
Paper thin, it broke one minute after inflating the tire every single time that I tried.

Inconsistent and no stickiness
I wrapped two wheels with the 21mm and all was well. A year later, tried to wrap another wheel and there was no stick on the adhesive whatsoever. Maybe these don't have such a long shelf life?
