I have terminal cancer and bought in the knowledge I only have about 8-12 weeks of life left.It has repaid itself many times, I am so much enjoying its comfort and ease of use.I am very weak and am unable to operate the old-style "lift the arms to recline". This lounger has ratchet locks conveniently to hand under the arm rests. Shift your centre of gravity, unlock, push back or lean forward, gravity does the rest. It's easy for me.The lounger is very sturdy, yet light enough for me to move about, easy to get into, stable, cup and phone rest attachment.The mattress is all-round corded to the sturdy frame, with a comfortable padded mattress on top which secures to the frame with 4 tie fastenings. Moveable headrest add to the support. Excellent defence against pressure sores.Thoroughly well-designed piece of kit, well worth the premium price.I recommend unreservedly.

I bought this Recliner for my 99 year young mother. It arrived within a few days. My mother loves this Recliner and it is very comfortable. However she is very tiny and petite and so not strong enough to push and lower the recliner to get off, also she has memory problems and doesn't quite understand so assistance is required. So pleased with the quality that I have ordered another identical one for her family Carer.

Lovely and comfortable. 1 star down as the arms could do with padding too. I’ve bought ones you attach but would be better if they were made to measure and came with the chair. Good quality for the price too.

Very sturdy but light recliner with more than adequate cushioning and the glass/mug/phone holder is a nice touch. Nice and wide seat, reclines almost flat - only slight issue is it takes a bit of effort to get it to recline but that is just learning the technique.

Chair arrived late, no fault of the seller. It was down to the incompetence of Evri/Hermes whose Customer Service is less than shambolic. Still waiting for them to tell me why they couldn't deliver, despite sitting on package for a week. Supplier sent out another Chair, this time delivered by Yodel. Chair arrived in 2 days and gave me partial refund. Chair is good, but as others have said, cushion not as shown in photo, but still comfortable. But 5star customer service 👍

This product is not worth £145.Being generous, I’d say it’s worth £70-80 absolute max.Firstly, it arrived in a large cardboard box which was damaged in several places. It has no internal protective packaging apart from a thin plastic bag.There are no operation nor care and maintenance instructions.The metalwork is marked in several places so I’d say the condition was ex-display rather than brand new.The padded cushion is cheaply made and nowhere close to being as well padded as is indicated in the listing photo.It’s looks fairly sturdy but I wonder just how long the rivets and joints will last.On the plus side, it’s reasonably comfortable and can be locked in various positions and it arrived a month early which was a nice surprise.I am as yet undecided if I will keep the product or return it.Overall I’m a bit disappointed.*UPDATE*: I contacted the seller expressing my concerns and accepted a 40% refund.I have tightened up a few nuts and bolts, lubricated the main moving parts using silicone spray and the chair is now operating smoothly. The seller did their best to make things right and the partial refund came through in two days.I have decided to keep the chair.

Arrived on time, look sturdy, cushions had been Vac-Packed to save space so took a while to resume shape, very comfortable, I am 6ft2 and found them suitable for tall people, I believe we will get a lot of use out of them.Not cheap, I admit, but as these are wider, you get what you pay for, and these are very comfortable.

Goes up easy, quite heavy but very sturdy .. folds down to quite narrow so easy to store
