Easy to set up, it’s not noisy at all. The size and fit works well with a small space and the size of the arms work well with the larger tumblers. Great value! Overall quality is great!

Great turner. Works great and does not get hot. Super easy to assemble. 4 stars because the cup inserts are a booger to use. So tight its very hard to get your cup on and off. I bought some foam inserts (the pool noodle looking ones) and now we are at 5 stars

I took a chance because I needed the height for my handled 40 oz tumblers and needed over night delivery! There were a lot of bad comments, but I guess I lucked out and love it! The only Bad thing, it was a little difficult to assemble! Holes on PVC holes didn’t seem quite drilled enough! Took me 15-20 mins just to get the pipes on and screwed in!

Took a little bit to assemble. Removal of holder in order to move cup to a drying rack, for example, is a bit of a challenge. Does operate quietly. Unable to reverse turning direction, which is really important for cup making. Overall, it does work, however functionality is quite lacking.

I ordered this turner in November of 2022. It was a beginner turner as I had just wanted to start making tumblers and had no idea what I was doing. Almost 3 years later and I have added some small business turners, I still use this turner as well. I still love it. I wish I could remove the arms easier, but I have had no issues with using this turner. It is still running strong. I am supporting by sharing on my website as an amazon affiliate.

After 10 minutes of use the electronics got extremely hot, started to smoke and within seconds starting popping/exploding and nearly caught fire. The whole unit was very hot to touch so there was definitely something electrically wrong with this. I was very lucky I was still in the room when it happened and didn't burn down my house.

DO Not purchase this product. Extremely unsafe. Used for 20minutes and I could smell electrical burning, then sparked out the side then blew up. A completely unsafe product which should not be sold on Amazon.
