This is my 3rd month of krill. I've noticed a difference in my skin and urinary. I've read after 6 months of use some people see cognitive differences. I will update if this happens.

These are very large soft gel horse pills. Probably the largest I think someone could swallow. So you know you are getting a good dose per pill. I appreciate the small packaging for this so it is less waste as many pills of this size fill half a giant container. But with that said, if you cannot handle large pills, get smaller ones that you will have to just take more if daily.I have tried this brand before but their collagen which was good. I like the quality of this brand. Mine did not come stuck together. I think if you live in a hot place like the south and it has to travel through some hot states to get to you, you are taking a higher chance of that happening.Smell a little like fish but to be expected. Will wait to see how effective it is over time.

Tablets/container must have come in contact with too much heat - they were all stuck together in the container in a big blob so they wouldn`t come out of the container! I finally got a few loose witth my finger, then shook and banged the container on the table and finally got them out. Makes me wonder if they are OK to use. Checked the expiration date which is ok at 12 - 2026.
