I bought two other 1lb jump ropes and they both felt lighter than this one. I get a real workout in my arms using this rope. This one was also more affordable than the other two (which were about $30) and despite being the cheapest, to me it felt like the best quality.

This rope has everything that a beginner to the hobby/sport could want. It's light weight, length adjustable, and quite durable for the money. There are plenty of more expensive ropes offered on Amazon but they are largely a waste because as a beginner you don't need to spend that much to start. Jump roping is a great workout and potentially a life-long one, but like many other sports, people will try to up-sell you on your beginning equipment. This one is just perfect - basically two ropes for the cost of one, so in the unlikely event that you manage to break this rope, you'll have a backup.

Got this to replace an older rope. This one is slightly lighter than the old one but works fine. The plastic handles contain steel weights and rope length is adjustable with a plastic stopper inside the handle. The rope is rubberized plastic PVC. I am not sure how long it will last as I have used for about 2 weeks but so far so good. Not showing unusual amount of wear and tear. I paid under 20 dollars for it, which seems reasonable for the quality.

Hello,Please keep in mind that when you are purchasing these what you are getting. I have a set of 2020 Cross Ropes (Lean Set) which I love and wanted a lighter pair that I could take with me to travel and to try and change up my jump roping.You get two ropes, orange with black handles and black with orange handles. I think personally I would have like to have them both the same color rope and same color handles but that's minor.I've been alternating both ropes with my Cross Ropes. These ropes take a little bit more effort to get a round but they are very light weight, slim handles and I like how I can tie knots in these ropes to help gauge where the rope is in its cycle and this doesn't seem to damage or slow down the rope.Best of luck to you in your jump roping and stay with it. You will get better.

Decided to go with this (no reviews when I ordered it) over all the highly rated / recommended options and I’m glad I did.A straightforward, well made jump rope with no unnecessary branding or fanfare. Weighted handles feel balanced and comfortable in my hands. There were some kinks in the PVC rope when I first unwrapped it, but I pulled the rope taut a few times when adjusting for my height and the kinks are essentially gone. No rattles or weird sounds from the handles. Definitely works as advertised. We’ll see how it holds up over time but I have no concerns about durability.Adjusting the rope length is super easy to do. The instructions could be more clear, but essentially: the light gray end of the handle (with the little divots on it) unscrews. Once that’s off I pushed the rope into the handle to help me pop the weight out. And then it’s pretty self-explanatory.If this goes well I’m going to buy their speed rope next!

The quality is good, the test jump is very good, the feel is good, the jump is relatively light, the length can be adjusted freely, the color is super beautiful, very strong and durable, this rope is not easy to wrap the rope

The appearance and material are very good. The material is wear-resistant, without any peculiar smell. The surface is very smooth. It feels comfortable. The softness is just right. It's easy to jump. It's still very good to use.

I ordered the one with blue handles but got the gray one. Seems like good quality but wrong color.

Very unsatisfied with the rope. It curls all the time. Annoying and dangerous. The worst rope I ever had.
