24 Colors Hair Chalk Set Non-Toxic Temporary Washable Hair Dye Colors for Party & Cosplay (p2)

I needed these for my wig for a Vocaloid Merli cosplay. They are OK. The color doesn't really rub off right. I had to practically scrub it onto the ends of the wig which was really awkward and left my wig a little frizzy afterwards (which is my own fault). IT JUST WOULD NOT STICK. I ended up washing it out though. The color wasn't sticking OR getting dark enough. It looked messy, not smooth and natural.But i'm not upset. I don't think it was necessarily this product but hair chalk in general. I just don't think its for me but I think i'll just keep practicing and watching tutorials on it. It's a cool idea.(I wish I could find some good quality spray hair dye or something..) If you are unsure about buying this I would say buy it IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING. But I personally would look around for some other methods.

First of all, it did not come with instructions. Luckily, the instructions are on Amazon.com in the description of the product. I really had to wet my hair to get the color to come on. Even using a curling iron to seal it, the color faded a lot by the next day.

PROS:- vivid color on dark-ish hair- color lasts several days if I don't wet/wash it- looks really good once I got the hang of applying it- blend together well for cool ombre effects- super effing cheapCONS:- took FOREVER to get here, since they were shipped from like, the Moon (or China, whatever)- gets on EVERYTHING- even on wet hair, color can look kind of chalky, so I put it on, wipe it with a towel, then do a little more, then dab it with a towel- if one of the pastels falls on the floor, it will shatter into fifty bajillion pieces

Well the color went on, but my hair was all ....how do I say?...Gross looking LOL! I couldn't brush it or anything or really style it after.

I don't know if it's just my hair but I can't really get this to work...tried all kind of different ways, wet hair, dry hair, blow dried, straightened...doesn't really get the color in my hair!

This did not do what I thought it would.

Bought this for my girls, works great! But as a first time user I had no idea I had to wet their hair. I figured it out but I wish it had come with directions.

Does not work on Brown hair. Breaks easily, you're better off using real chalk or temporary spray. Such a waste of money.
