Great Product - Read Entire Review for Fool-Proof DIY instructions at home using a regular iron
The product was just as advertised. To save money, I purchased blank dri-fit jerseys made of polyester (These will also adhere to regular cotton, but I prefer moisture wicking material) from a separate online vendor and ordered these to create numbered jerseys for my team. It came with numbers 0-9.I used a regular iron, an ironing board, and parchment paper (usually used for baking - if you have none, go make friends and ask your neighbor for a sheet of about 12" x 12", or I'm sure you can use a bandana, or a thin towel/sheet when ironing on).Fool Proof Steps:1) Turn Iron on and set between the cotton / linen setting (Not quite max, but almost there) and let it heat up.2) Slide the side of the shirt or jersey that you want to apply the number on, onto the ironing board (the thicker end) so that you're only ironing one side of the garment, making sure that it is centered on the ironing board. (Using he thicker end of the ironing board helps create more surface area for your garment and squares your garment for easy measuring and centering - you can easily "eyeball" the center)3) Figure out how far below the collar of the garment you want to place your number, usually just above where the bottom of the arm pits of the garment are located Once decided, use a measuring tool (I literally took old mail and marked a line on the edge of the paper where I can line up the top of the number to).Make sure the number makes direct contact with the garment (the fuzzy, sticky side) and that the plastic side is up.4) To make sure the number is straight and not diagonal or crooked, I used my "measuring tool" and made sure that it lined up evenly with different parts of the top edge of the number). Once satisfied it's straight (or straight enough), carefully remove measuring tool, leaving the number on the garment.5) Do NOT press your Iron onto the plastic backing directly!!! Carefully place parchment paper (or towel/sheet) on top of the number/plastic and press your iron onto the parchment paper/towel. Do NOT make a regular ironing motion. This can cause the number to "bleed." Instead after about 7 seconds of pressing, lift the iron and press onto different parts of the number making sure to press on the corners where it is susceptible to "peeling off". This should not take you more than 30-45 seconds total.6) Remove iron, and parchment paper, but do NOT Peel the plastic off quite yet. Instead, carefully remove your garment and flip it "inside out"7) Lay garment as neatly as you can with the number directly on the ironing board still with its plastic backing, and iron the inside of the shirt directly where the number is (no need for parchment paper/towel). Remove Iron8) Let it cool for at least 10 seconds9) Turn the shirt "inside-out" again to its regular wear side.10) Grab the corner of the plastic backing and carefully peel plastic off. Et, Voila!!!and...if you're neurotic like me....11) I placed the parchment paper on top of the number directly with the plastic removed one last time and did a final few presses with the iron.Perfect!!!

Use a thin cloth to cover while ironing.
Put them on a golf flag. Easy to apply -- looked great!

Good product
Worked great to make a last second jersey for my daughter for volleyball. Product was received quickly and was easy to iron on to a sport shirt.Just follow the directions.... I left the iron on the number a little too long and it is a bit darker on that corner than the rest.

4 stars because no instructions
The only reason I gave 4 stars was because it came with no instructions. I read someone’s review on exactly how to do it and it came out amazing! I followed each of her steps and the numbers were perfect. Wish I can remember who wrote the review, but if you’re reading this, thank you! And if you’re like me looking on how to do this, look for the review with the steps on how to do it perfectly.

Didn't survive the first wash
The numbers look good and they were easy to apply, but after the first wash the bottom broke and it got some wrinkles on the other parts of the number. Maybe these will be OK if you are handwashing or washing alone but as part of the regular laundry it didn't even survive the first one. Waste of money.

Wears quickly
My son’s number is 18 (with a plus in the middle so it adds up to 9). I used these to make the plus sign and also planned to add the numbers to the back of their goal keeper shirts… but after only 2 washes, they are cracking and don’t look as nice anymore. Haven’t even started soccer season yet.

worked nice. use silk setting on iron.
Used on my son's hockey jersey (synthetic, 100% polyester). The number did not go on at the lowest setting (nylon) but did go on cleanly without any damage to the shirt at the next setting (silk). Very nice.
