Good for Americans, non-Americans beware.
This model would have received at least a 4 star rating from me, perhaps 5 as it worked well (when it did) and the blade was excellent. However,there were no notifications or warnings about electricity rating and I only saw that it was not a 240 v machine when I took the engine cover off because it had stopped working after 2 weeks. I do not think it would normally be necessary to take the motor cover off and usually the voltage is changed for Euro and Asian countries using the British standard or a step down transformer supplied (as with my other American made machines). I am now contacting the company to attempt to obtain the part burnt out. May write another review when/if received.
