This book isn't really about the true spiritual practice of Tantric Sex. It talks about things like playing out sexual fantasies and pretending to be other people (one example the author used is pretending to be a professor with their student...stuff like that). The direction the author gives seems like something I'd read in Cosmo (or any other women's magazine) to 'spice up my sex life.' It's counter to what I've learned about the true quality of practicing Tantric sex. True Tantric sex is about working with energies within the body and being totally present in the body to deeply connect with your self, partner,and the divine. Using fantasies to escape into are the EXACT opposite of what I've learned about the spiritual practice of Tantra.If you're honestly trying to discover more about the nature of Tantric sex, DO NOT waste your money on this book.

The only reason that I have given this book a three star rating is that it does not have enough information. The book is very small and borders on being an enlarged pamphlet. The information, however is excellent (what there is of it), but creates more questions than answers. The information is handled in a sensitive and spiritual manner and to my mind was in no way offensive or over-the-top. I believe that the information in this little book is a great stepping stone for couples and singles towards enhancing and enriching their sexual/spiritual relationships.

I love this book, I brought this book because am very spiritual and I heard about tantric sex a youtuber taking about it. so I search on amazon to see if there was books about tantric sex. found the perfect book. I even got my boyfriend to read it. this book has taught me a lot and brought myself closer to my sexuality and with my boyfriend. great book

Great intro for beginners on understanding the basics for tantric sex.

This is the worst spoof of a real book I have been suckered into purchasing through Amazon. Clearly written by someone with more time to sit around coming up with crap, packaging in a "book" and getting however many sales he can on Amazon and delivering nothing of use.

This isn't really a book, it's more of a pamphlet. There are 40 pages, covering 8 chapters, so you get hardly any info about anything - to call it the 'ultimate beginner's guide' is misleading. In the practical chapter, for example, it essentially says talk to your partner about sex and give them a massage. Thanks for that.

A complete waste of time and money. It reads more like a sales pitch for a course. The most useful information in these very few pages were "play some music that you both like" and "give each other a massage before sex'. Thanks guys, I never would have figured THAT out by myself!
