Dislike taste
Tastes like dirt. Must assure powder is completely melted into whatever you are mixing it with. Affects are noticeable.

don't feel any different
I thought this would wake me up like coffee, but I haven't felt anything. It does relax me, I guess; but since it didn't wake me up, I also tried it to sleep & that didn't work either. Keeps me up at night, but doesn't keep me up in the day. Don't make sense
