These glasses are exactly what I was looking for. Tempered glass, easy to hold and to stack. Also please note the company has resolved the sticky sticker issue that others have mentioned in their reviews; every label came off cleanly and readily.

As promised, these tumblers are substantial, not fragile. The tapered shape is comfortable to hold (plus they stack). They are timeless in style and worth the expense. They will definitely be around for awhile.

UPDATE ON 8/19/24: After I wrote this review, and contacted the seller about the semi-permanent stickers affixed to the glass, I was issued a refund so I'm adding a star back on! Thanks Bormioli.After ordering and sending back 2 sets of glasses because they held much less liquid than advertised, I am pleased these hold almost 22 oz when filled to the brim. They are the perfect size for iced drinks like lemonade or iced tea. They are comfortable to hold and seem very durable. They are not too big for the dishwasher. I had never heard of Bormioli. The packaging says they are made in Spain.Downside--docked a star: Each of the six glasses had a permanent sticker attached to the top near the rim. They were difficult and time consuming to remove. I tried a blowdryer--didn't work. I went with Goo Gone. Each sticker required 2 applications and scraping with my fingernail. The stickers came off in little pieces leaving a big mess. All told, it took me about 25 minutes to get the stickers off and clean up the mess.

I would give these 5 stars if it wasn’t for the awful stickers placed on the side (not the bottom) of the product. Honestly, didn’t think it would be a big deal, usually you can wash them off etc. I was totally wrong! About 2 months in and I still have residue and film. I resorted to rubbing alcohol and even nail polish removed, but those seemed to leave a strange finish, so I gave that up after 1-2 . Other than that these have been the absolute best! Using other brands , I was replacing release 1 chipped or broken glass every month with our active family. Not much can phase these! Rock solid IMO

The product description states these are made in Italy. I have purchased 5 boxes, and every item and box was clearly marked Made in Spain. Quality is excellent. They are very easy to grip, and they are quite attractive. They stack well. I noted that there were some questions as to capacity - so I measured it. The capacity is exactly as stated. The only issue I have had is that on four of the five boxes the labels placed on each glass is very difficult and time consuming to remove. On one box they came off easily.

Perfect for a big healthy glass of water, or anything on ice. Been looking for something like this for agesOne glass was broken on delivery, but 5 at the price is ok. Really should package them better, others have had worse luck.

Like that textured so don’t slip from your hands when cold and wet! They stack but we keep single. Little heavier because of the larger size 12 oz because we like a lot of ice. So perfect for us! They have a smaller size 12 oz if you prefer small and lighter weight. Durable and safe for dishwasher. Would purchase again!!

I ordered a set of these and received them 10/18/24. They are the correct size, but 4 out of 6 of the glasses have bubbles at the lip of the glass. Several of the glasses have rippling and bubbles sporadically located in other areas.I received a replacement set today, 10/19/24. 3 of the glasses have a large, horizontal, wavy scratch across them. One has a black speck inside of the glass. Some rippling and bubbles is present on two of the glasses, once again at or near the lip of the glass.Really unacceptable for the price and prestige that these glasses carry. I purchased these on the recommendation of NYTimes Wirecutter reviews and word of mouth claiming these to be on par with Duralex. I purchased these with the mindset of them lasting years on years, but I don't find it acceptable to have to also deal with this many imperfections. These glasses are too expensive to come in a worse aesthetic condition than a cheap set of Walmart or Target glasses.Lot no. is 0700109823.

TL;DR These glasses are so big, they can be filled half way with ice and still fit a can of your favourite pop/soda/coke! I definitely recommend them.I purchased these glasses a year or two ago and they've have been great! They're large and feel very sturdy. They have some weight to them (not too heavy) but I would advise caution when used by small children as their size and weight may make it difficult to handle with small hands. It does taper as it gets to the bottom of the glass so maybe it won't be a problem (use your own discretion).I saw some other reviewers state they received the 16oz version instead of the larger ~21oz; I got the correct size, but maybe I was lucky that I didn't get shipped the wrong ones. I've had issues with other items in the past, and Amazon has always been easy to deal with to get the problem resolved so I wouldn't hesitate to purchase them again.

these glasses are great value, very sturdy, stack inside each other for the cupboard. very nice shape and they come in different sizes. great value for money.

These glasses are BIG and perfect for cold and hot drinks.They feel great in my hand (like a high end restaurant), super high quality and just the right amount of liquid.I bought 2 sets since its the only type of glass I use anymore.

Was looking for a good set of drinking glasses. Tired of having to refill smaller glasses.These hold a good quantity of whatever you’re drinking. Very nice quality and heavy feel to them. Had them for about 2 months now and no issues at all. Very durable and will last a long while.Highly recommended!

These glasses are sturdy, fit nice into your hand, wash nicely in a dishwasher and look nice as well. They are of high quality from what I can see and so far no problems! They may be higher priced however the quality is worth it.
