Q: Is it heavy enough to stay in place on unsealed concrete floor & a little flexible to allow minor movement to clean under & around it?

I bought in 10 foot sections and had to grunt to move it. I put down on cement with the included sealant, but the the operation of that tube was difficult to squeeze it out. I followed the video with 2 lines for perimeter and Z strips from end to end. Once in place, I did drive over for 36 hours, and it has stayed in place. Dust can't get under it so there's nothing to sweep. I have 20 foot wide garage with a heavy rolled door. It seals very well, preventing water, bugs, and critters from getting inside.

Q: Will this help my car from scraping at the threshold when I'm pulling into the garage? My car is low to the ground and my driveway is on an incline.

Are you planning to put it at the entry of the garage or at the end of your driveway? I guess I don't quite understand your question. I put mine across the entry so that rain water no longer leaks into my garage.
