Rowntree Fruit Pastille 125g - 3 Pack

Not what I expected. I learned of these candies from the Stuart MacBride books. Detective Insch is constantly searching his pockets for a "sweetie." I was expecting a hard candy, perhaps with a soft center. My opinion: pretty good, not great; my daughter: "Wow! Better than Gummy Bears and not as sweet." Delivery was 3-days and free. For a $10 item, they must be really cheap to produce in order to provide any sort of profit. BTW the three-pack I purchased had the SB Date clearly marked as 05/17 a good 3-1/2 months after arrival. Since daughter loves them, I'll give 5-stars (and give them to her).

Bought this as a girl in London. Glad I get them in the USA! Great flavors, nice sugary coating . Often take them on airplane. Chewing helps the ears!
