This is life saving. For some reason I don’t sleep deep that much and sometimes wake up at midnight at least 2 or 3 times to go to the bathroom. These are AMAZING! I have such a deep sleep and I feel sooooo rested the other day and it doesn’t make me feel drousy or tired. It has a pretty strong taste tho

These work well for sleep, but I wish they would lose the blue food color. It dyes your tongue blue, and gives your teeth a blue tinge. I’d rather see them without any color, than to deal with the blue mess.

The idea is for this to help you fall asleep. It will make you very tired within 10 minutes.I stayed awake but very tired. Also was extremely tired and off center all day the next day. I imagine it will work very well for some people. But I've read a lower dose is better for first time users.

I tried the ZzzQuil Sleep Gummies hoping they would help me get a better night’s sleep, but I wasn't impressed. Unfortunately, the flavor just didn't work for me – it was too strong and not very pleasant. While the gummies did help with sleep, I couldn't get past the taste, and I found it hard to look forward to taking them each night.I also want to note that my review was flagged due to my Vine membership, but this is just my honest opinion based on my experience with the product. I wouldn’t purchase these again unless the flavor is improved.
