Excellent Value for Money
This beard trimmer is easy to use and seems to retain its charge. It has a good selection of combs and accessories. The grip is very good and it is light weight. It would have been nice to have a charge indicator to see how much charge the trimmer had or how well it was charging.

Glad I bought this and recommended
Solidly made, strong and cuts different lengths. I’m using it to trim my beard, it took a few minutes to do and cut it well. I trimmed my eyebrows and side burns, quick, easy and sharp . Really glad that I bought this. Recommended 10/10

Waste of money
I previously had another brand of cordless trimmer which sadly died after several years of use. It had a built in adjustable comb, and I liked the idea of buying a trimmer with clip on heads. I already had a Wahl wired electric clipper, but needed something wireless to suit my beard trimming.Upon first inspection, I noted the cutting blade on this trimmer was smaller than I expected; certainly not as wide than my previous trimmer. The plastic combs were not the same soft plastic as was on my Wahl clipper, but rather appeared to be a harder more brittle plastic, the sort that might break if you weren't careful. What was most annoying was the large number of combs, and as for trying to tell which was which, I needed my reading glasses on to see the numbers on them. I found the longer combs next to useless, because going over longer parts of my beard, the clipper merely flattened the hair, not cutting it all.On the shorter parts of my beard it performed the task, but it seemed less tidy and certainly not as comfortable as my previous top-brand trimmer. It seemed to roll over patches of my beard and not trim them, which was annoying, as that meant shaving for longer. The shaved hair fell over the rubber grip, meaning it had to be cleaned with a damp cloth afterwards, which is an added inconvenience. As many will know, the only effective way of cleaning a trimmer blade, is to run it under water, which I did (and have always done, and oiling it afterwards), and then cleaned the trimmer down with a dry towel. But it seems that this simple task was its downfall, because on the second occasion I used it, it suddenly stopped working. Then it came on again, then off again, then on, off, on, off...I've no doubt whatsoever that running the blade under water has allowed water ingress to the electronics. Would it not make sense to make the trimmer head waterproof? I appreciate the whole trimmer isn't waterproof, but I did expect to be able to wash the blade.I'm disappointed. I reckoned Wahl would make a good trimmer, even at the lower budget end, but it boils down to the fact that you get what you pay for.

Works well
Not a close shave like the classic Wahl Peanut but does the job all the same.
