Read by 6yr and 8yr old
According to my kiddos, my 6 year old says, “I think that more creativity could have been added to it.” My 8 year old says, “you should buy the book because it’s a very interesting book and it teaches you stuff.” I enjoyed reading the book to my kiddos as they got their creative juices flowing and now want to create something of their own in the morning.

Fun read to spark some creativity
Diane seems to know just what these kids need. I downloaded this asl free ebook today and was not disappointed. Children across the country are sitting home right now completing school work from their computer. The rest of their days should be filled with something fun. I think this is the perfect way to gets thinking, let their creativity out while they are home. I like this with the scribble stones art guide. I was able to recommend that to families looking for something to keep kids entertained while home. The cover of this book just makes you smile with all of the colors!

Cute creative story
I love all of the books in this series. The way the stories are told gives the little spot a cute personality. I love the lessons that are given within the stories. In all her books she gives kids the power to be different! What I mean be that is the lessons are very clear and the overall expectations of the child is understood but the pictures and wording give the opportunity to know mistakes are going to happen the it’s ok to be different for someone else. I could not ask for a better way to have life lessons shared.

LOVE THIS!
This book actually teaches children how to exercise and grow their creativity and includes projects on the last page. Can't wait until fall when I can use this with my elementary students. I'm a school counselor and I LOVE all of these Little Spot books!

Amazing creative and motivational
I am a kinder teacher and also a mother of two daughters. I really Loved this book to motivate kids to be creative. I like how it breaks down imagination and explains it to the kids. I am also an art teacher for early childhood and this book inspired me to go and create more art projects with my students. I would definitely recommend it as well as any book from Diane Alber she is awesome.

Inspiring story with activites
This is a great book for a classroom or for home. Use it for an introduction to creative thinking and to spark ideas and projects of your own. We made a paper mache robot out of recycleables. It was so much fun. Its all about how you look at things. We love the added links to more projects as well.

Creativity
What a great book to spark creativity in any child. I love that this book may be read at an independent level or read together with a parent. I also love that a metaphor is explained in the book since so many children confuse them. This would be a great book to read when teaching this or reviewing with your class.

Loved it!
My daughter (3 years old) and I absolutely loved this book! Her favorite part were the colorful illustrations. They quickly caught her eye and captured her attention. Personally, I think it’s full of ideas that parents can use with their children to help spark their creativity. We enjoy all of her books, and this is definitely a new favorite.

Nice book with great illustrations to inspire creativity
This is a great book for kids who say, "I'm bored." It shows how creativity ends boredom, giving multiple ideas. I particularly loved the colorful illustrations that I'm sure will draw children in and make them keep turning the pages to get even more ideas :)
