Cuddl Duds Women's Fleecewear Top
P**R
Soft, warm and cuddly
The thing that makes me love this fleece wear long sleeved top is that it's warm but thin enough to wear like long underwear under almost any long sleeve top. It's a fine fleece fabric with spandex so it's nice and stretchy and never feels constructive like thermal underwear often does. And it's soooo soft! It can be worn as a regular top, although it hugs my body so any little fat deposits show. Still, it's long enough and pulls down over the top of my hips. I bought one for my sister and she wears it s a pajama top sometimes because she likes the soft feel of it.The sleeves are plenty long and have a thumb slit at the cuff so you can hook your thumbs in while you're putting another top over it so the sleeves don't ride up. This also makes the end of the sleeves double as kind of a half glove when it's cold outside. I purchased the bottoms as well which I wear under jeans on cold windy days. Cuddl Duds (Don't you just love the name?) provide surprising warmth with very little bulk for someone like me who always seems to be cold in the winter. The thermostat wars with my husband have virtually disappeared this year because I'm not cold all the time. These wash easily in the machine with warm or cold water. I dry them with just air or delicate temperature settings. High dryer heat will take a toll on spandex over time. The fit comfortably on my 5.5 foot frame and 144 pound body. I've purchased a few pairs, in black, navy and gray to get me through the cold, damp winter months. Super cuddly!

A fleece that's kind of figure-flattering?? I didn't know they existed, but here it is!
Ok so I never thought I'd say this about any fleece shirt, but it's actually got a pretty flattering fit! I usually wear a small but based on some other reviews I read I decided to try an xsmall (in the blue fairisle pattern) and I'm very pleased with my decision. I'm 5'5, 118lbs, 32C with a long torso and I carry most of my weight in my bottom half. It's fitted, but not too tight and doesn't feel constricting in any way. This shirt actually goes in slightly at the waist which I've found incredibly hard to find in any sort of warm-sweater-type of material, so it doesn't make me look like a box. The sleeves are perfect for me, they are quite fitted to my arms, which I really like, as well as quite long and come down to about my fingers, which I also really like. If you don't want it to be as fitted as it is on me in my attached photos, then definitely stick with your usual size. In my photos, I have it layered over top of one of my "layering tees" from target and it not only works great for layering things under it, but also since it's somewhat fitted I can still easily wear another sweater over top of it as well once winter really starts to kick in.I've already washed it and it came out looking the exact same as when it went in (I wash my shirts in cold water and air dry though, so I can't speak as to what would happen to it in the dryer). It is super soft and warm. It is a bit static-y, but it is so dry/extremely low humidity here and that's how I find *all* fleece to be in this kind of climate. Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase and I have a feeling I'm going to be buying more of these the colder it gets.Update: I ordered a second one in the warm fairisle color since I've worn the first one so much already (and it's been holding up great). However I got it in a small instead of an xsmall because for some unknown reason it was much cheaper than the xsmall (I always check the prices on several sizes and colors because they can vary by quite a lot!).I've added some photos of how the small fits as well. It's not nearly as fitted, there's actually a lot more room than I thought there would be, especially in the midsection and lower half of the sleeves. I prefer the xsmall and wouldn't buy more in the small, but I still liked it enough to keep it. The material is so stretchy I think it's meant to be more of a baselayer than something loose to add many layers underneath.

Soft, Cozy, Attractive, and Well Made!!!
I have many tops and pants in the Cuddl Duds fleece, and I love them all. Most of them I get at Walmart at about $6 cheaper, but I liked this blue color so I bought it here. In person, the color is a little more teal than the blue shown in the picture, but it is still a nice color. The fabric is the softest, coziest thing I have ever felt against my skin, and I live in it all winter. I wear this brand of fleece both for daytime clothes and for pajamas. This particular top is almost exactly like the ones at Walmart, except for one small difference. The tops from W... have a thumb hole at the end of the sleeve. The hole is great for keeping your sleeves down when layering on another article of clothing. This top from Amazon does not have the hole. Instead, there is an embroidered icon of some sort (maybe CD for Cuddl Duds)? The icon looks nice and adds a bit of what may be considered 'bling' to a simple fleece gal like myself. Personally I'd rather have the thumb hole, but that minor issue is not enough to take any stars away. I absolutely love this top and it seems to be well made, in addition to being comfortable. One final note about washing instructions....the label says cold water, gentle cycle. I do not do that. I use warm wash, cold rinse (regular cycle) and it works fine. I have been doing this ever since I got my first fleece Cuddl Duds over a year ago and they all look as good as the day I got them. Also, some folks do not use fabric softener on fleece. I do. I tried the foil ball in the dryer, but it did not work, I still got static cling on these. So I went back to using dryer sheets and all is well. Also, my laundry detergent has fabric softener in it and I have no problems. I use the Ecos Brand detergent from Costcos and this line of fleece comes out looking great every time. Some of my Cuddl Duds have probably been washed 40+ times, and still look good. I'm not saying do what I do, I'm just saying I'm a bit careless about the washing instructions and have not had any issues.Bottom line, I love this fleece. I'm thinking of moving to the Arctic Circle so I can wear my Cuddl Duds in the summer too! Haha!

Super comfortable and warm!
I am a size 2. I didn't want them to feel tight so I ordered medium top and bottom. They are super comfortable to use as Pjs and yet I can still wear the bottoms under American Eagle jeans. The top fits nicely in that I can wear it out modestly yet small enough to wear under a size medium sweater.

But over all it is a very nice fleece wear
It is a very warm fleece. I usually wear XS but the shoulder is a little bit narrow. But over all it is a very nice fleece wear. I like it.
