Q: When we say 1 pound bar does it mean one single bar of 1 pound ???

The 1 pound bar is like the original, but 1 pound. Mine came melted

Q: Are these 4.4 oz bars in the old foil & paper packaging, or the new plastic wrappers? I'm trying to find some of the older packaging bars.

They are only in the plastic wrapper. I contacted Hershey and they have discontinued the old foil and paper packaging.
