Went through a lot of yoga mats before finding this one. I love it! It is thick and comfortable. Grips very well. The design is wonderful! It allows me to work on my form and aligning my body in various poses.Not recommended for hot yoga though. When I get really sweaty, I do tend to slide. Nothing some yoga socks cannot fix

Its the right thickness and seem durable. A bit long, but Hey better to be long than too short. I like it. Easy to clean. Has a strap to carry.

It’s great. I would purchase again. It’s light weight. It does hold a little bit of the rolled up memory when you first lay it on the ground but just reverse curl it for a minute and it’s good. Good pad. I put it on my back porch and the wood is a little warped but still enough pad for knees to not hurt.

I use this mat for my daily exercise schedule. Its size good enough for doing exercise. It comes to original condition after applying pressure. Nice color and marks on the mat are quite helpful. Great product.

I was going to return this after being uncertain about the toxicity of TPE but at the end of the day there is toxins in any flexible Yoga mat material and even the big brand names sell a TPE version.Anyway it’s a great sticky mat with a foam cushion like grip. Unfortunately it does gather your body oils So you’ll have to clean it more than a full rubber mat.It has virtually no smell out of the box which I found surprising.Comes with carrying strap AND a full case so you can do eitherLove the color and markingsDoes not easily roll up or roll out prob due to the material type and how it was created. You will have to force it to lay completely flatBiggest pro is it’s still wider and longer than the typical mat making it nice for broad shoulders

worth the buy... not just the regular mat I use in my gym everytime I do stretching. Love the color too.

This mat is perfect. Feels soft to touch, does not slip and the lines on it really help guide my hand and feet placement.
