This really makes you sweat! I use this almost every time I get on the treadmill. It is still in good shape and the velcro has not worn out yet. I can really tell the difference of the quality of my workouts from when I wear this belt and when I don't.Update: 11/27/18 I sue this frequently and it is really well made. The Velcro has not messed up yet like it did on a different one I had. Love this! I only wear this when I work out and do not wear it under clothes because with the overlap of the Velcro believe it is too bulky. If you are looking for something to fit under your clothes, see my review for a black corset which I ordered smaller than the sizing to pull my tummy in. The corset is seamless under clothes and people cannot tell I am wearing it. It is comfortable as well (most are not). I will be ordering a second corset because for my last event I panicked when I could not find mine until the very last moment.

I am very pleased with the Actervate Waist Belt. I have gone through at least two sauna belts from a different manufacturer with several complaints. They tend to fall apart due to poor construction, no seams, low quality materials, etc. I chose this model after careful consideration primarily due to the photo showing the all around seams which would prolong the product life.I use a sauna belt with incredible results, as it provides for a better workout and detox due to enhanced perspiration. I am limited in my exercise routines mainly from sports injuries and other health concerns, hence this issue is paramount. The fit is adjustable and very comfortable and wear it under my clothes which is great as it provides support as well as slendering effects...yeah! The thermal effect is also suitable for extra warmth during outdoor activities. I even use it to go grocery shopping.The product was delivered very timely, the price was great, will be ordering more for me and my friends. High Recommend, Thank you Actervate!

The model makes it look better than it is. If you have a small waist like it is shown in the pic, the band goes around well past the start and only attaches so far. Therefore, it slides up and down with movement and won't stay in place as shown. If someone has a larger waist and it doesn't go around as far, you might get a better result.

Recently got my waist trimmer in the mail after one full day of wearing it, I took it off surprised to find my skin all red, swollen, intense burning and itching! I've never been the one to have sensitive skin and can withstand just about anything. I was so disappointed but not yet ready to give it up. After letting my skin breathe and generously applying aloe vera gel all over, I decided I would try again the next day but put the waist trimmer on over a tank top (where it wouldn't have to touch my skin) underneath my shirt. Only after 2hrs did the pain, itching and burning return. I'm so upset because I only wore it two days and am not able to get out of the product in which I purchased it for. And now left to heal my irritated inflamed skin. Do Not buy this product, You will get exactly what you pay for.

Pros- Non-irritant to the skin.-Provides good lumbar support.-Cheaper than most belts.Cons- Moves a little up n down while working out.- Smaller coverage than I would like, may be ideal for petite women.- This shade of pink is embarrassing.

it offers great support and it stays on with velcro. It helps me sweat a lot, but I only gave it 4 stars because it's small and it probably wouldn't fit you if you have a really big stomach. I have a tummy that's pooching out which is why I got it in the first place, but any smaller and it probably wouldn't have fit me.

I just got this today and I love it. I finally found the right size that fits. I had to return 5 different kinds of waist trainers for me to get the right size. I can feel the heat. I got the 50 inch one.

Shipping was good. Quality and durability was good. Works well for what I use it for,which is for back/kidney support.Only complaint is that there is only one strip of velcro (very good velcro) which can be difficult to position on yourself if wanting it tight and even. It takes a few minutes of adjusting, especially if you are not shaped like a ruler. The picture depicts a model holding up her chest for a reason.

Super comfortable , my waist is 52 inches and it exceeds that so will fit someone even larger ( fits my 300lb husbands beer gut ) material is nice and soft on both sides and its easy to wrap around your body , I wore it for one hour while doing house chores and it works immediately. Colour as shown in pink. Workers Great only way to get my stomach and back to sweat is from this wrap. Use it for home workouts and walks outside. Makes your belly and back sweat. Fits nicely!!

Velcro snap came off very easily, and waist trainer doesnt stay put, moves around a lot. Length is good for a small/mid size girl, but width is on the small size. Not too comfy.

I haven't seen or feel any difference but I've been using it only for almost a week so I would give it couple more weeks.

My waist is 28 inches, and what I love is the velcro. Only issue is that it moves too much sometimes when doing up and down motions. But good for back support, going to back to using it while doing deadlifts and squats

Purchased it for my wife and she wears it every day as a back support....she is very pleased with it so far.

Doesn't really give a good hold. It's hard to tighten because of the velcro and the design.
