This is great for making home-made Japanese Kimchi. Not as strong as Korean Kimchi. Put it in a jar with White Radish, Chinese Cabbage, English Cucumbers, Celery, Zucchini, and even some Okra. Seal it tight so it doesn't smell up the whole refrigerators. Let it site overnight. Awesome taste.

Delivery was faster than expected, super price for this amount of product here in Germany. 450g was not the weight of the actual inhalt, rather 397g product and the weight of the nice glass bottle with reclosable lid, which I'm sure I'll use for something else after.Very happy, will order again if still available.
