Beautiful fan!
The install wasn’t too bad. We found that the previous owners had hard wired the fans and the lights had to be turned on with a pull chain in most rooms, which made this an ideal installation. Unfortunately we had to cap a wire in our master bedroom, rendering one of the light switches useless. I keep the switch flipped on in my room and keep the remote under my pillow so I can adjust the fan at night, this has only proven problematic when the power went out one night and when it flipped back on, the fan light woke me up at 3am. In some rooms I simply use the switch to turn the light on/off and I mount the remotes with the brackets provided in case someone wants to use the fan. The fan is so beautiful. The crystals are acrylic and need to be cleaned before you put the fan up. Despite the fact that they are acrylic, they do cast prisms on the walls and you’d never know they aren’t glass unless you touch them. It takes three e12 (candelabra) bulbs.

Beautiful when it works!
EDIT: I fixed the problem in my original review by swapping out the remote receiver/relay, but after a year and a half, the light is no longer working at all. Despite hardwiring the fan to the junction box receiverless, no power is coming to the lighting wires at the fixture. For what it's worth, I paid $180 for this piece in Oct 2021. At now more than twice the price, you'd sure hope it would last more than 18 months..................It's a beautiful piece for sure, and the remote is handy. That said... If i turn it off at the wall switch, there are times I can't get it to come back on for hours. It doesn't respond to the switch or the remote, doesn't respond to flipping the circuit, there's nothing I can do but wait in the dark until it decides it wants to come back to life. This time it's been off for over 12 hours and I'm hoping someone at the company will see this review and give me some advice!
