I like the NEXIGO brand a lot. I purchased this webcam last year for my zoom sessions, real estate and social media business. It is truly "plug and play." It comes with a mini tripod, although one of the legs had a small dent, no big deal. The webcam has a privacy shutter, you simply slide to the left and you have complete 100% privacy from prying eyes. It is 1080 FHD which is the standard of today. Videos are crispy clean and no lag. Even though it comes with a built in microphone, I prefer to use my Fifine microphone. As you can see in the pics, I have mounted it on my monitor pole that holds three monitors. It is eye level which is the preferred height. I don't like to place webcams on top of computer monitors for you are always slightly looking up. I had to get a jaw clamp with a steel ball for easy adjustment and a 1/4" screw attachment for pole mounting. It was a fast setup and easy USB connection to my docking station. Of course, you can use it with your laptop as well with an external docking station with USB ports. I have not yet used the included mini-tripod, but it's good to know you have it. I've had no issues as of yet with the brand, and can honestly say that it is valued priced compared to others in the marketplace. It gets the job well done with no complaints. I recommend this product.

Great quality, durable, auto focus works well and image quality is pretty great!! Comes with plug and play, no software required and slide cover accessory. Use it for Zoom meetings instead of my laptop computer, better picture!

This web cam is exactly what I was expecting it to be. It claims 1080p and the camera settings also show 1080p, but I don't really think I buy that. It's fairly grainy and laggy, but regardless, it's all that I needed and all I expected. For the price point, it works wonders. Setup is easy (there is none, just plug it into your PC and you're ready to go). I havent tested the microphone quality, as they're typically terrible in this price range regardless, and I have a dedicated Fifine mic I use anyway. Despite sounding negative when I mentioned the image quality, it's still perfectly acceptable for a professional setting and I use mine for work meetings via Microsoft Teams. The mount is exactly what you would expect and clips onto most monitors without issue, as well as having a threaded bottom in case you have a tripod or other sort of stand you would prefer to use. Overall, i would recommend this webcam, it it checks most of the boxes. It's far from perfect, and won't win any contests, but is a 100% usable, solid webcam.

I’m really impressed with this webcam! The picture quality is super clear and sharp, even in low lighting. Setup was quick and easy just plug and play. The wide-angle lens makes it perfect for video calls, online classes, and work meetings. The built-in privacy cover is a nice bonus too. For the price, it definitely exceeded my expectations!

Really good. I've been working remotely since 2004 and company that bought us announced that during meetings we must show our faces. I was able to delay since my work laptop is under a monitor stand but they wouldn't pay for an external web cam, so I had to buy this.Love the physical flip cover so I don't have to mess with the cam when I'm not using it - just flip it down and it covers the lense. pic quality is great, too

It is the perfect plug and play laptop camera. This is my second because I lost mine moving out of state, so I ordered another!But it works greats for any video meeting and its audio is very solid!

The camera itself is fine. It is plug and play just like the description says. Video and sound quality are adequate. The problem I have with it is that the ball-and-socket pivot gets irreparably loose after a little use. If you find yourself adjusting the angle frequently, you will discover this. If instead you just prop it on top of the monitor and leave it there, it should be fine. I used mine to stream a weekly meeting which required setup and breakdown of the camera on a tripod each time, and the joint got too loose to stay in place.

I’ve had this webcam for the past 3 years now and I love it. My ONLY complaint is that the microphone has never been good and I’ve had to keep an eye on which mic Teams or Slack will default to - as it’s usually the camera mic. My coworkers let me know sometimes, I switch to my laptop mic, and then they can hear me better. Apart from that, this thing works great and keeps me from sitting awkwardly to look at my laptop camera. Overall, it’s a win!
