This is now my favorite pillow. Not because of how effective it is while cuddling - but it is effective for cuddling- but because it is soooo comfy. It fits my head perfectly, and is the perfect firmness while also being soft.It is plushy. It stays cool long- I never feel like I need to flip it over to the cool side of the pillow. Not to mention it provides great neck support depending on what side you use.

So overall this product os exactly what they said it would be in the description and that's the only reason ot gets two stars. I ordered this product in July of 2021 and on the shipping portion of the order ot said ot would be here no later than September 1st. Me beeong patient waited till that day. Nothing showed. I co tasted the seller that said it would be here the end of September I waited till the end nothing. I contacted them again they said wait till October 10th so I waited and again nothing. Contacted them again they said wait till November 10th finally I just got it yesterday October 27th a full two months after the latest shipping date and 4 months after I ordered it. Then I got a email saying good things come to thoes who wait. I waited two months after ot was suppose to be here.

The product itself is fine. The arm spot is a good size, the pillow is nice, and it's big enough for 2.The issue comes in with the arm spot not being very comfy to lay on and also, the pillow comes without a pillow case. Try finding one that fits this pillow at Wal-Mart...

I love this pillow! I’m a side sleeper and was constantly waking up with an arm that was either asleep or sore from laying on it. I’ve only had this a few nights but I love it so far. The only thing I’d change is that I wish I could turn either left or right with it (I purchased the left-sided one). Otherwise, it’s perfect for me. Love the shape for the head/neck and the firmness is perfect.

I have never been so disappointed with a product. I tried to return be this showed a fraudulent address. I had to pay $12 postage to even receive the item. Asked Amazon for help with no response.
