June TailorQuilt As You Go Table Runner - Jakarta design, Natural

I am quite new to quilting and do not have anyone to teach me. All the June Tailor Quilt As You Go products have been great, including this one! Very easy. A child could follow the instructions, and the finished product looks nice.

Very pleased with this pattern - having the batting premarked made it so much faster - I made this in about an hour and I am not a super fast seamstress. Perfect for a beginner too. Backside has a nice quilted look too. I highly recommend using jelly roll strips too for fabric that is already color coordinated and cut to a perfect 2.5 size. Great for quick gifts too

Love June Taylor kits. The end strips on this pattern are 15 1/2 long. Would be much easier to work with if 16.

It would seem for the price a pattern sheet like the one printed on the batting would have been included. Where to start sewing strips can be confusing without one.

Used this quilt as you go kit to make a table runner for our dining table. The results were exactly what I wanted for our Southwest design. 99.5% finished except for the binding. Will definitely be making another for our vacation home.

I have done several more, I really love this method! I'm really new to quilting, but this turns out so good! It's fun, easy and Fast!

I picked up this kit to begin to learn how to quilt. In the end, I increased my skills, and my grandmother, an avid quilter, loved the end result.
