Elegant Brushes Anti-Static Oval Cushion Pin Brush, Brown, Large

I had this exact brush for over 10 years and, when it started to lose bristles, I was so happy to have finally found a replacement on Amazon. I have very fine but dense hair that frizzes easily and while I don't find this brush to be 100% anti-static, it really smooths and de-frizzes at my temples and crown while blow drying and makes my hair shiny. It also detangles without pulling and glides through both fine and thick hair. I highly recommend this brush!

Absolutely great. I'm a guy with a thick head of short (<1.5") hair. I bought one a year ago for travel / gym use. I'm liking it better than my at-home larger brush, so now getting a second. It's quite durable. the finish is scuffing off, but this is a brush that bangs around in a gym bag, not something special that needs to look great. It is small, but i have no need for a large brush that can brush half of a side of my head at once.

Was trying to replace my brush that broke and not having much luck. Other brushes were either too soft to get through my hair or so hard they were uncomfortable for my scalp. This brush turned out to be just right! - a perfect balance of a brush that can get through my long hair without feeling rock hard on my scalp. It's gentle AND give a good scalp message - love it!Update: I loved the first brush I ordered. However, recently the whole bristle section just fell out. I had used it for a few years so, ok, thought I'd just get another one. I am sooooo disappointed with the new one I just got. The bristles and bristle base are hard like a rock, there is no give and it is very uncomfortable to brush my hair with. Hate it!And a side note - the oval shape is totally uneven - sloppy workmanship - they must have sold the company or are getting it produced somewhere cheap. Sucks! So hard to find a good brush that has give enough to message and yet firm enough to detangle. :(

I bought it for my wife as a stocking stuffer and I noticed that some of the pins have already fallen out. She hasn't complained so I gave it 4 stars.

Good basic brush, and nice-looking to boot.I got the large oval brush. To note:*It's a good size. Big enough, but not too big. I don't have super thick or long hair, so I didn't want a large paddle brush. But I'd been using a rather narrow brush for some time and wanted something a little more substantial. This works for me.*The wood of the handle and body is a little redder than it looks in the pictures.

We received our order timely and the brushes were as described.
