Delicious Kraut!
I don't recall it being too spicy. It was delicious though.I buy it from a local store occasionally.I have started making my own kraut now as it is very easy, fully customizeable, and delicious!

Taste like regular krauts to me
Taste like regular krauts to me. I expected more flavor would come through from the other vegetables but I guess the fermentation kills all that cause that is all you can taste.

I am pretty new to fermented vegetables and have tried several. This product is my favorite! It is healthy, and has a great little 'kick'. I can't recommend it highly enough. I recently visited several family members across the US and sent them jars of I-boost because I wanted them to try it, plus I wanted to eat some while I was visiting with them! LOL :)
