For portable personal use + 1 and you don't need smoking function, this is unbeatableDesign is 10/10. Why? Because you can pack all the coal you need right inside the case. When you are done, you can just pack everything back into the case and take care of the mess until you got home. It holds enough fuel to cook for 1-2 person. Not 2 full grown men. Maybe 1 man and a petite woman. Case is sturdy and full metal construction. Its compactness is amazing without having too much moving fitting parts like the B-6 kun. B-6 kun couldn't hold fuel anyway. It was an inferior design. This can hold its own fuel.How I usually start the fire is the stack 1 layer of kingsford briquette (about 8). Use a compact butane torch and burn each briquette for 10-15 seconds. Wait 10mins. Stack another layer of briquette (this layer could be reused fuel) and torch it the same way as the first layer. Then the fire will good enough for the next 30-40mins.I also lined the fuel tray with double layer of aluminum foil. I poked holes in the airvent to make sure the air can flow freely. Everytime I want some BBQ I just need the briefcase, a ziplock bag full of overnight marinaded meat and my compact butane torch and I am good to go. When I am done I just need to brush the grill (Grill is well made enough to withstand metal brush), snuff out the fire with water and take out the aluminum foil with the spent fuel and repack fuel/aluminum back in. It a amazing design for how compact it is. I love this grill dearly.

This grill was awesome! Easy set up, compact and sturdy. Cooked my steak perfectly, without burnig it outside and leaving ir raw inside. That had been my biggest worry with this. Easily big enough surface for a nice suzed steak ir a couple burgers.Caveat: don't put the cooking grate on until the flames for the charcoal are gone. The grate will warp. Cleanup was easy too.

Perfect lil bbq for my night job folds away into my locker easy! I didnt think it was to flimsy only the price is a bit steep

Haven't used this yet but it is such an attractive and practical piece. I bought it because I plan to buy a camper very soon.

Pros: Adorable, so easy to carry for longer hikes or campingCons: getting the coal going in the tray took a couple hours and we ended up having to use a park grill to get the coal burning and transfer burning coal to this grill, also we did it with three people, I would recommend only two people use

Bought this for my ‘wannabe outdoorsman’ nephew and he absolutely loved it! Compact, durable and so easy to use! Perfectly paired with a freshly caught stream trout and a little salt and pepper and you get a real camping experience!

Bought this for my husband and he’s liked it a lot. During a recent camping trip, he cooked a pack of hotdogs. It’s well made and sturdy, plus it doesn’t take up much space.
