For some reason, this software does not recognize the D key. Instead, each time you press D it asks if you want to enable dictation. I thought this issue was only limited to an older Mac that I was using. But I just installed it on a brand new MacBook Pro as well as another Macbook Air. Because of this issue, I am rating this product a single star. I would not recommend this to anyone unless this letter D issue is resolved.

You can use this program for several family members. Once the set is purchased you are all set. No hidden fees.

I bought the online version of this. It worked fine for the first two lessons but on lesson 3 it became stuck on a letter. Tech support was very good but unfortunately the advice still didn't fix the problem. I received a full refund for it and ordered the CD but unfortunately it had the same issue. Once again I received a full refund from the seller.

I am hoping the cd works, it looks fine and new but the case does not look new

I purchased this for my kids to learn basic keyboarding and understand how to type without looking at the keys. I was excited to have my kids test this out.My older kids got the hang of it quickly and my 10 year old even asks to use this program daily.It has a neat set up of a game type of level with different lands and games based off of skill acquired.Definitely recommend for a first typing program. Best suitable for ages 6+. Younger than 6 may get frustrated.

This item was returned simply because it was a Mac program. After getting the correct version which incidentally was less money I received my refund. It was only for the taxes paid on the item or $1.61 in my case.

It’s very easy to use my kids learn to type fast

I ordered the Mac version and the CD came blank. As in when I clicked the CD on my Mac it was giving me the option that the cd was recordable and I could burn something on it. Very disappointed.My Mac version was also within the 10.2 - 10.14.
