Island Lava Passion Fruit Baker's Brittle, 12 Oz (340 G) ReSealable Bag

Love this stuff!!! Had my first taste of this when purchased at Costco in Hawaii. Got back home and immediately went online to order, ordered three of these, arrived quickly (Amazon Prime) but unfortunately I could tell by looking at the bags that the eagerly awaited treat was going to be in many pieces. I was right, the biggest cookie/piece was probably 1 inch by 1 inch consolation is that they were still delicious. So I had to take a star off for shipping of the product other than that you won't be disappointed. Yummy!

I purchased this treat not expecting to really like it. But, I took a chance only because I needed to get to $50 dollars with my order for free shipping. Wow, wow, wow... was I ever wrong! That is all I can say after taking a bite of this tasty treat that is more of a fruit explosion on a shortbread style cookie. Savoring the flavor took me on an escape back to the islands. Sadly, reality set in a few minutes later when I realized I wasn't on Maui and that this little gem would be too expensive to quench my taste buds daily!

I fell in love with this on my trip to Hawaii and was happy to find it available on the mainland. OK, the price is ridiculous, but hey, it's cheaper than flying back to Hawaii for more. And I guess I thought it was worth it since I am buying more now. :)They do tend to arrive a bit crumbled but they still taste great and the little pieces are great on ice cream.Nutritional information in pics for those interested. But really, buy for the taste and just eat sensible servings.

While on Kauai (Hawaii) we found this product at Costco. Typical local product in a local store. So we come back to the mainland and are seriously craving the crunchy, chewy goodness of tropical fruit bits in a cookie-like crisp brittle. This is a tropical treat not be missed. If you are throwing a tropical themed event add this to your table. And yes, they go good with a mai tai!

Love the taste of these, can't find them anywhere on the island so they are really expensive. Did not like how they were packaged/shipped, by the time they got to me the majority of the brittle was in small tiny pieces. They are super delicious though!

Be warned this is addictive!! It also will give you a belly ache if you eat to much of it which is hard to do cause the texture of it makes it hard to quit.

The item wa certainly tasty, however the package arrives with the brittle broken into very small pieces.

It looked delicious but I was very disappointed to find it was made with flour, I cannot eat wheat or gluten so I was unable to try it. If that is not a problem, it looks great!
