Waste of Money
I broke the heels and tore the plantar fascia in both my feet. After the damage healed and I was going to physical therapy, my feet got tired and achy each day. I bought these and another pair thinking that they would lend additional support in my shoes and the magnets would help ease the pain. I wore them faithfully for several weeks without a hint of relief. Rolling my feet on a frozen water bottle and tennis ball are far more helpful than these phony inserts. I was able to send one pair back as they were unopened. Save your money!

The insoles have small metal beads that target your pressures points. GF said they’ve been helping since she is on her feet all day. Worth a shot if you have pain.
