For the most part, I am impressed by this product!I have been using it for about 2 weeks now. Sleeping great, no hot flashes, feel calmer, even my skin looks tighter and smoother (not sure if this is the reason, but maybe???)I am past menopause but felt the need for some hormonal support recently when I couldn't sleep properly and was having night sweats again. I only take 1-2 of these a day and they work very well.I do wish they would use less "additional" ingredients to make up the capsules. I have noted some reviewers mentioning Webber using some capsule ingredients that may be questionable. the simpler the better IMO. Other than that, this one is a keeper! I am 42 going through perimenopause. I have had sleepless nights for over a year. Waking up at 1-2 am every night and night sweats/hot flashes. Never thought it could be pre menopause. But my ob/gym said sleeplessness is the most common early menopausal symptom along with the hot flashes. I decided to try this when I read about it online. Noe more problems sleeping and have noticed less night sweats and hot flashes. Must be taken as directed otherwise hot flashes and night sweats will resume. Bought from another vendor but found it to be cheaper on Amazon.
